One Shoulder Feather top

How cute is this, especially for $22.50? I would def. get it except it only comes in large. It probably is a small large because its 40% spandex and the rest is cotton. Of course I would wear it with something a little nicer than a blue jean skirt. Check out this website:

Luster Skirt

I've seen this style everywhere lately. It looks best with a dressy shirt tucked in with a dainty necklace: A pink button-down with a pearl necklace.
